1 General Terms & Conditions

Jeebzz (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jeebzz and the users of the Platform (hereinafter "you" or "member").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the Jeebzz Platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any language dispute, the English version shall prevail. Jeebzz reserves the right to amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Jeebzz, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You do not already have an existing Jeebzz account.
• Online gaming is legal in your country of residence.
• You are participating on this Platform voluntarily and with full awareness.

Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. Jeebzz may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents for identity verification at any time.

If false information is provided during registration, Jeebzz reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold any deposited funds. Keep your login credentials strictly confidential — you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing them with others.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Jeebzz are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: BDT 100.
• Maximum single deposit: varies by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Using Jeebzz for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, Jeebzz is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Jeebzz:

• KYC (identity verification) must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals will be held until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests may be submitted per day.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing times. Large withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 72 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jeebzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x).
• Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been met after accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Jeebzz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once. Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts and balances will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

Jeebzz offers over 800 games, including slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game itself. General gaming terms are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — fully fair and verifiable.
• If you lose connection during a game, your bet will generally remain active.
• Jeebzz reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error.
• Match results in Sports Betting are determined based on official announcements.
• If a game is cancelled or suspended, bets will be voided and deposits refunded.

In any gaming dispute, Jeebzz's server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence. If you wish to contest a game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeebzz Platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Concealing your identity or providing false information to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal transaction.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Limitation of Liability

Jeebzz operates solely as a gaming platform. Jeebzz is not liable for the following:

• Gaming losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• The psychological or social consequences of financial losses from gaming.

Jeebzz is committed to providing a safe and reliable service at all times. However, temporary outages may occur due to technical reasons. In such cases, Jeebzz will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9 Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is a priority for Jeebzz. Information collected at registration — including your name, phone number, email address, and payment details — is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jeebzz believes gaming should be a source of fun, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly. Jeebzz provides the following tools:

• The ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session timer — automatic logout after a set period.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily deactivating your account for a set period.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Jeebzz may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
